Unlike other fruit fly suppliers, these fruit fly cultures will start produce in shipping, so when you get them they will be teeming with flies. These fruit flies are bred on our special fruit fly media which is full of nutrients and color enhancers.
Live insects will be shipped Monday-Thursday via USPS Priority Mail (west coast orders will not ship on Thursdays due to 3 day delivery time) or Monday-Wednesday via UPS. Only USPS Express will be shipped out on Fridays. Insulated box and heat/cold packs are included in the shipping cost.

This product is covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee. If your insect/animal does not arrive in good health, we'll make it right, provided the following criteria are met:
- If shipped Ground, the temperature experienced during shipping must remain between 0 and 85 °F.
- If shipped Next Day, the temperature experienced during shipping must remain between -40 and 120 °F.
- If shipped Two Day, the temperature experienced during shipping must remain between -20 and 120 °F.
You'll be notified during the checkout process if your purchase qualifies for our guarantee.
