I don't ship without these things. As the description states, the internal box temps upon arrival are always the listed 68-75 degree mark unless there's an extreme unexpected weather change overnight. Work like a charm. I've shipped Terribilis, which as quite heat sensitive to Arizona where it was 95 degrees during the day. They arrived just fine and the temp inside the box was 73 degrees. I use these to ship any frogs in any temperatures, they help me feel better knowing that temps will be just right no matter what kind of conditions I'm shipping in. This puppy really works a great deal better than plain ol' gel packs. It works better because it actually starts to melt around 71 degrees in contrast to regular water-based gels, which start to melt around 33 degrees Fahrenheit. I use these each and every time I ship my precious frogs---because they're worth it (and so is a live delivery!) (Posted on 3/17/11)Quality
