Humata tyermanii - White Paw Fern is known for its white fuzzy rhizome. Humata tyermanii - White Paw Fern has darker green foliage than "Black Rabbits Foot'. Both are excellent terrarium specimens that grow well under low light, high humidity conditions. To me, the foliage resembles carrot tops. Humata tyermanii - White Paw Fern is also known as Bear's Paw Fern and Silver Hare's Foot Fern.

Humata tyermanii - White Paw Fern can be grown terrestrially as a foreground plant, or all of the soil can be removed and the rhizomes attached to a surface and grown as an epiphyte.
