Are you looking for an all natural good looking background material made from “green” sustainable materials?  When adhered to the back and side walls of your terrarium these tiles provide a soft, absorbent, earthlike background approximately one inch thick.  While providing a great home for plants they also add an insulating layer.  As they are not an open web they do not offer housing for insects or the possibility of a stuck frog.  Made from all natural materials harvested in an ecologically responsible and sustainable manner.

Installation:

1.  Cut flats on driftwood or other objects and secure them to the walls of your enclosure before adding tiles.

2.  Lay out tiles on a flat surface.  Neo Terra tiles are made as randomly as possible to provide a natural looking surface when installed as a group.  By laying out the entire group, before gluing, you can arrange them in the most pleasing way.

3.  Use plenty of adhesive and coat the entire back of the tile.  Neo Terra tiles are meant  to be soft and earthlike once installed and moistened, so a complete glue job is what provides the needed strength.

4.  Avoid pressing with fingertips or pointed objects when gluing.  Use gentle pressure with plenty of surface area to avoid damage.

5.  When tile edges don’t mate well you can gently pinch or compress these areas to improve appearance.

6.  A plant can be placed  in a seam or a slit made with a razor rather than pinned in place.

7. Neo Terra is not suitable for use below the waterline.
