	I bought this kit in October 2005 and it's working great! I've only used about 1/4-1/3 of the media. Each fly culture I make is producing hundreds of flightless flies (no accidental fliers). I make a new culture every two weeks so I can't say how long they last, but I have had cultures go into a third "hatch" before tossing it from having just too many going.
