2 FULL-TIME POSITIONS in the Shipping Dept.

The Josh’s Frogs Shipping Team needs your help! Our team unites to accomplish one goal: to prepare and pack the hundreds of orders placed on our online store and ship them out to customers worldwide! The Shipping Team has the important responsibility of creating a lasting impression with our customers by packing their order with care and precision. Creativity is necessary as we seek out and test new methods of safely shipping our unique assortment of products (both live and dry goods)!

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Packing and preparing online orders for shipment
  • Receiving incoming shipments (breaking down pallets, checking inventory, restocking shelves, etc.)
  • Preparing product shipments for trade shows
  • Restocking and organizing product inventory
  • Restocking and tidying up personal workspace

For this position, you MUST:

  • Be a fast learner
  • Work well with a team
  • Be open to feedback and improvement
  • Enjoy working on focused, repetitive tasks
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment

Details about the position:

  • Starting wages $10.50/hour
  • All team members are expected to work Monday-Friday 9:00AM-4:30PM (remaining hours are flexible)

2 Full-Time Positions in the Customer Service Dept. 2 Full-Time Positions in the Customer Service Dept.

 

2 FULL-TIME POSITIONS in the Customer Service Dept.

We are looking for a full-time member to join our Customer Service team. We are a fast-growing online pet store that ships pet supplies, animals, insects, plants and indoor gardening supplies to customers around the world. We promote a family-feel work environment, value integrity, quality products, and great customer service. We promote from within and have room for growth and advancement. Starting wages are $10.50 per hour.


You will be responsible for (not limited to):

  • Handling customer inquiries via e-mail and phone
  • Adding product listings to our Amazon, eBay and Kingsnake extensions
  • Scheduling live animal shipments per customer availability
  • Interdepartmental communication
  • Site upkeep on the back end of our website
  • Data entry

Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday from 1pm - 5pm EST . The tasks that will be delegated will require more time than just these hours, so an availability of up to 35 hours is preferred. Monday availability will be necessary, as that is our busiest day. Weekend availability (even just 1 day) is encouraged, and could be put into effect once training is completed.

You must be:

  • Computer literate: Internet, data entry, MS Word, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Creative
  • Detail oriented
  • A fast learner and able to multi-task and work independently
  • Flexible when needed to cover for vacations/busy spurts
  • Able to handle stress well
  • A problem solver
  • A team player
  • High School diploma is required for this position

Special consideration will be given to those with experience in a Customer Service position. Don't worry; this is not a requirement for employment!
