Josh's Frogs Coco Block is created from coconut husk, making it an environmentally friendly substrate. The 25kg Coco Cradle Block weighs 55 lbs, and contains 307 quarts of finely ground coconut fiber. Soak the coco block for at least 1 hour before use. Each Coco Block will expand to 1.5 to 2 times it's original volume, based on the amount of water used.
