Live Arrival Guarantee

Josh's Frogs strives to offer the best products at the lowest prices. We offer 1" lined boxes (winter) and heat/cold packs on all insect and frog orders during extreme weather. In frog shipments in extreme weather we will also use phase 22 panels to ensure the safety of your animals. Even though Josh's Frogs uses the top of the line shipping methods we must offer the following stipulations on our live arrival guarantee.

Insects

Josh's Frogs offers a live arrival guarantee on all Fruit Flies, Springtails, Phoenix Worms, and Rice Flour Beetles when shipped via a Next Day Service. When choosing a 2nd day shipping option, we will only guarantee live arrival provided that:

temperatures during transit do not exceed 85 degrees for 2 day shipping
temperatures during transit do not drop below 20 degrees for 2 day shipping
someone is there to accept the package when it is delivered on the first attempt.

Josh's Frogs offers a live arrival guarantee on all Crickets, Worms, Superworms, and Waxworms provided that:

someone is there to accept the package when it is delivered.

Frogs

All frog shipments are sent via FedEx Priority Overnight or USPS Express mail (where available). Therefore, your frogs will arrive the next day before noon. Josh's Frogs offers a live arrival guarantee on all frog shipments provided that:

temperatures during transit do not exceed 85 degrees
temperatures during transit do not drop below 40 degrees for delivery to address
temperatures during transit do not drop below 30 degrees for pickup at the nearest FedEx Staffed Location
someone is there to accept the package when it is delivered.

Plants

All plants are guaranteed to arrive healthy and true to name. This guarantee is void during extreme weather if someone is not present to accept the package on the first attempt. We can not guarantee long term survival of plants since we cannot control the customer's care and conditions. In order to ensure that plants arrive in the best condition possible, plants will not ship until temperatures are above 20 degrees in Stockbridge, MI and the destination city.

Claims

In order to receive a credit for our live arrival guarantee, the following terms must be met:

Contact Josh's Frogs within an hour of shipment.
Provide a picture of item(s) within 24 hours
